- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Was fine until i wanted to cancel my insurance. I called to cancel in December. I find out 4 months later they are still withdrawing from my bank account for my insurance. I call to get it cleared. They would tell me they would take care of it, but only sent me a check for $8.00. Every time i call to talk to them they are out of the office or "busy". Terrible place. *Update* After seeing this review Melissa personally reached out to me and has been working with me to get this issue solved.
